What is Project Graduation?
Project Graduation is a “Lock-In” celebration and emphasizes having fun in a safe and secure environment for graduating seniors. This is a volunteer 501(C) event that relies on parent volunteers. An event of this magnitude requires many parent volunteers working the entire school year! In addition to volunteers, monetary contributions help pay for food, prizes, activities, entertainment, and decorations that will transform the location for this special evening.
When is it?
Project Graduation will be held TBD 2024, at KPark High School from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. Graduation ceremonies are held earlier in the day at NRG Stadium. KP students who wish to attend must arrive by midnight in their PG T-shirts and KP students must be present at the time of the prize drawings to be eligible for their prize.
What can I do to help?
Your support is again needed to make possible a very worthy and important event. While we will be soliciting donations from area merchants and corporations, it is essential for generous parents to dedicate their time and financial support to make this event possible.
In order to cover our expected budget, we need every graduating senior families’ commitment to support in the amount of $100 or more. You can even make installment payments for your donation if needed. Your contribution is tax deductible and may be subject to a Matching Gifts Program from your employer.
